What are the requirements of a membership?

You must be a resident of Canada and of legal age to join weedhubdirect.ca. This policy is non-negotiable and enforced: 18 years of age in:

How do I sign up?

  1. Click “Login / Register” on the right-hand side of the menu.
  2. Click Register
  3. Add your information
  4. Store your password in a safe place.
  5. Confirm your email address by clicking the link from the confirmation email.
  6. Log into your account using your new credentials.
  7. Wait for confirmation email
  8. Begin shopping!

How do I purchase cannabis on weedhubdirect.ca?

  1. Choose a category you would pick from. You can find the categories in the header section or the home page under popular categories.
  2. Click on the desired weed product you would like to buy, select quantity, and click the “Add to Cart” button.
  3. Click on the shopping cart icon (top right of screen) when all the preferred products have been added to the virtual shopping cart and you are ready to complete the transaction. You will be redirected to the "View Cart" page.
  4. Double check your cart to make sure you have everything you need. Is your total order amount is less than $149?  You will either want to increase the quantity of product or add more products to your cart to be eligible for Free Xpresspost Shipping.
  5. Enter your customer information. Don’t forget to add a discount code if you have one. Click the “Continue to payment method” button.
  6. Follow the instructions on the page if you are sending an e transfer or paying 
  7. Choose payment method and billing address. Remember to review and check the box regarding website terms and conditions. 
  8. Hit “Complete Order”

SHIPPING

How long until I receive my package?

All packages should arrive with 2-4 days via Xpresspost from the day you receive your shipping email. We do our best to send out packages on time, but once the package is in the couriers hands we are at the mercy of the courier service.

What will my shipped package look like?

  • Discretion and privacy of our customers is the most important!
  • All orders are vacuum sealed in odour proof packages to maintain quality and protection. They are non labelled boxes for your protection.
  • The box only contains tracking and delivery information without any indication of what’s inside the box.
Optional: Signature Required on Receipt of Package
  • Packages over the value of $300 will automatically be sent with signature required at delivery confirmation. This optional can be waived at your request, but we high suggest against it. There have been packages that have disappeared from doorsteps and we will not be held liable for lost or missing packages if this option is waived.
  • Any package below the $300 value, the signature required option is optional. If you opt in, please add the option on the order page.
  • If you want to change the signature requirement, please contact customer service.
Optional: Delivery to Basement or Sub Units
  • If the destination of the delivery is to a basement or sub unit, you can include a “B” to the second address line at checkout. Couriers are not obligated to deliver to sub units or basement suites. This is only a request and we cannot guarantee these packages will be delivered there. We are not responsible if you package is missing or lost. 

What types of payments does Weed Hub Direct accept?

  • All orders can be paid using either Interac E Transfer or Crypto Currency.

Why Hasn’t My Package Arrived Yet?

  • Please checking your tracking link provided to you in the confirmation of shipment email. 
  • If you selected the insured delivery option, there is a good chance that your package may be awaiting pickup at your local post office. You have have received a notice on your mailbox.
  • Most customers should receive their package within a week of shipment. Please be patient.
  • There are times where the courier does not update the tracking information for packages in transit. Sometimes when packages are indicated as being delivered, they may be still in transit.

What Happens If My Order Is Damaged or Missing Products?

  • We believe keeping our customers happy is of the utmost importance and want each and every one to have a great experience. Please contact as and provide pictures of your order so our team can resolve any issues you may have.
  • We provide store credit and 10,000 Weed Hub Direct points orders that have any issues such as missing, defective or damaged packages. (Damaged or defective products will need to be returned in order for us to issue Weed Hub points or store credit).

  • For every $100.00 spent you collect 1,000 points.
